Pure Idol 21 is another in the Japanese series of titles in which the entirety of the content is devoted to one girl's sexual exploits. In this instance, that girl is Mikan Tokonatsu, a tiny little girl with a really pink snatch.

Of course, your enjoyment of this title is going to depend a lot on how into Asian pornography you are, and not just Asian girls, but the style of porn that seems native especially to Japan, which is a little more clinical than we're used to here in the States.
