The conceit here is that a male sub has some formula for eternal youth and will not relinquish it to Fem-Dom Maxine X — even though she sucks his dick while she's wearing a scary bladed glove and he's shackled to a spreader bar.

Cocksucking certainly is not the most "extreme femdom" activity as heralded on the DVD sleeve. This is pretty well shot, however and viewers will get to see effective CBT, electricity play and nipple torture, in addition to all of the usual bondage play.
