Released in time to ride the wave of World Cup mania, this big-budget opus has more story than sex, which rare for Private.
The plot tries to satirize international soccer, European politics, big media and sexism, and it winds up pretty much drawing a blank on all fronts. Parallel story lines about two teams, one male, one female, never jell. Comprehension isn't aided by the accents of the European actors (no dubbing).
As usual with Private, the production values are excellent, with lots of extras and sets. There are plenty of good-looking girls and ample sex, all of it proficient but a bit detached. The one exception is a red-hot anal threeway with the ever-incendiary Tera Joy.
Retailing: Play up the World Cup mania connection.
