At the House of Rage, Bettie Rage gives the orders. She gives the orders to Kayla Paige and Kylee King, who get busy with each other at their mistress's behest. She gives the orders to fireman Jack Lawrence to put out Sophie Dee's blaze with his "hose." And she yanks McKenzie Michelle by the hair while Johnny Thrust pounds her from behind.
