Chanel St. James appears as a ghost intent on satiating first her carnal desires, then her thirst for blood in this spooky adult horror movie that showcases St. James’ versatility: Not only does the raven-haired temptress turn in three sex scenes, she also kills a bunch of people.

The movie is set in a Beverly Hills mansion where St. James and her husband commit suicide after losing everything in the stock market crash of 1929. When a group of ghost hunters visit the mansion, St. James seduces, possesses, and kills until no one is left alive.
