Shot on location at Studio Chelsea in Amsterdam, Holland, The Domina Files 4 is primarily about suffocation. Male slaves are wrapped in layer after layer of rubber, vinyl and leather bodysuits as well as masks that restrict their breathing to the minutest of holes and completely restrict their ability to resist or even struggle.

Mistress Cara, in the two opening segments, gives her slave the roughest treatment of all (claustrophobics might panic just watching this), first wrapping his rubber-clad body in a vacuum-sealed body bag with only a thin tube for air, and later layering him with suit after suit and mask after mask until his source of oxygen is simply a mystery.
