Beer bongs on the beach and the ever popular beads-for-breasts program (a key feature of modern Mardi Gras celebrations), wet t-shirt contests and body-painted but otherwise topless women of Fantasy Fest dominate this installment in this long running exhibitionist series.

Leah is a big-breasted young cutie who kindly flashes the camera her ass and tits with detached amusement throughout the title, before finally turning in a solo scene as the climax to her real adventure. As she notes after the guys gush over her bare breasts, "Guys are like little kids." Yes, yes, we are. We're kids in a candy shop. Booby.
