My Neighbor Is a Pornstar is filler for the anal shelf. The five scenes are of widely varying quality and seem to have been culled from a number of different sources. Consistency is non-existent as production values jump from one scene to the next.

Sandra Romain gives a hot anal scene in the opener. Ben English takes on two girls, one of whom, Gia Paloma, takes it up the butt. But the rest of the action is largely forgettable.
