True Fucking Love features modern young hipsters in various states of punk, alt and emo giving their amateur hardcore cherries to the BurningAngel lenses. The walls are covered in graffiti, the performers are covered in tattoos, and their young, reckless attitudes would make Sid and Nancy proud.

Some scenes begin as vignettes. One couple breaks into an ex-girlfriend's apartment to do it on her couch. Another couple argues back and forth about petty stuff until it's time for make-up sex. In other scenes, the couples talk about their real lives together before getting into the action.
