Gustave Legaspier, the greatest artist in nineteenth century Europe, has lost his inspiration and his passion. After years of being surrounded by gorgeous, half-dressed models, he finds he is bored by the sultry pouts, perfect bodies and flawless faces, which are unfortunately accompanied by lackluster, superficial personalities. It takes mysterious and haunting cello music to revive his fading art and the beautiful cellist behind it to awaken his dull heart.
This attempt at an ultra-romantic porn opera a la Michael Ninn doesn’t come off at all, mostly due to the dialogue-challenged actors. It’s a costume epic supposedly set in 19th century France where a famous painter (Joey Rey) finds himself without inspiration and unable to create. He finally finds his muse in the person of a comely cellist, played by Vanessa Lane, who looks like she’s never been near a cello before.
Videography and production values are good, but the story doesn’t really make sense. The sex, however, is pretty good. All the women are beautiful, especially Faith Leon and voluptuous Jezebelle Bond, and they do get well fucked. And it’s nice to see Angel Cassidy again.
