Mary Carey returns to performing with the almost beyond-outrageous gambit of skewering the very rehab show upon which she starred. Clean and (relatively) sober or no, Mary's participation in this project pretty much flies in the face of everything for which VH1's "Celebrity Rehab With Dr. Drew" stands. But hey, it's got some good laughs and even better fucking, so who are we to object?

Adding to the surreal comedy of it all is the prominent appearance by Penny Flame — who since shooting this went off to do "Celebrity Rehab: Sex Addiction" and subsequently renounced performing — as "Ditsy Blowhan."
