Private, New Frontier Strike Broadcast Deal

BARCELONA - Private Media Group has signed an exclusive North American broadcast deal with New Frontier Media, owners of The Erotic Network (TEN). The deal encompasses video-on-demand, pay-per-view, IPTV and television rights to Private's library of over 1,000 adult movies.

"The Private brand adds scope, variety, and a distinctive international flavor to our content portfolio," said Ken Boenish, President of New Frontier Media, Inc. and TEN. "We look forward to offering this unique content to our distribution partners."

"New Frontier Media's superior distribution networks in the United States make it the ideal partner for Private as we seek to expand our reach in North America," said Private Media's Chief Operating Officer, Peter Cohen. "We are confident that our high quality content will provide compelling new entertainment options to the consumer compared to what is currently available in the U.S."

The two companies have not disclosed the duration of the contract at post time.
