According to Evil Angel publicist Jeff Marton, EA starts a new series in June called Tropical Angels. It's Brazilian-based.
Marton: "Evil Angel's Brazilian partner Stanley Miranda has been shooting movies down there for years and been releasing them down there. In June we're going to put out his first movie released in America. It's called Stanley Miranda's Tropical Angels."
Marton says the series will include the more recent stuff shot by Miranda. "It's pretty cool down there, and Stanley pretty much has it figured out." Marton says that Brazilian sex hotels serve as one scenic point-of-interest in this series.
Marton: "They have sex hotels that you can rent by the hour or by the day. They're incredible luxury suites with big screen TV's, an indoor/outdoor Jacuzzi, a pool, a couple of bedrooms, a sitting room and a bathroom bigger than anyone I've ever seen. It's amazing. What they don't have in there are chests and drawers and closets. These are real upper-crust. There's one right by the beach that's just beautiful. They have room service and everything. The first one has Jasmin [Nacho Vidal's former girlfriend] and Cassandra Wild in it. A lot of people know that Cassandra and Jasmin aren't from Rio, but that's the one Stanley wants to do first."
Marton says that Jasmin is no longer performing. "She's half-Japanese and half-Irish or something; she's from here but speaks fluent Spanish because she lived there for a long time," Marton said. "She's a real smart girl. I think she's now waitressing and taking acting classes. Cassandra is this tall, beautiful thing from Budapest. She looks like she should be a Victoria Secret model. There's also some real cute Brazilian girls in it. In fact, I'm in this movie, come to think of it. The scene I shot in this movie was shot at one of those sex hotels. Cassandra's scene was also shot there."
Marton also says prostitution is legal in Brazil. "I was standing out in front of a disco where all the girls hang out," Marton recalls. "I had been eyeing this one chick. We negotiated and she got me for like $120. I gave her $140 at the end. Here you pay a hooker, they spread their legs and they're done. They look at their watch. This girl is making out with me in the cab on the way to the hotel. We're all over each other in the elevator. When we get to my room she's naked and crawling back and forth across my bed and snarling at me, waiting for me to get my clothes off. I'm saying to myself this is going to be good. And it was. It was amazing. Not like anything I've had with a hooker in the states. It usually never works out."
G. Ross: "You can write a book about how it never works out."
Marton: "Yes....but this girl was amazing; they do put a lot into it. If they're acting, they're pretty good at it."
According to Marton, The Buttman, John Stagliano was at UC - Santa Barbara Tuesday night giving a lecture to a porn class. He also reports that Christoph Clark just bought a home in Budapest and a new car. "I just shot a scene for Christoph for Hardball 8 - I think," says Marton. "When you buy a house in Budapest, you don't go to a bank and make payments, you buy a house. You buy it like a shirt at the store - you pay for it. There are banks that give loans but you have to have incredible collateral to get the kind the loan he would have had to get. The way it turns out is most people can't get a loan over there.
"I just watched Rocco's True Anal Stories 11," Marton adds. "The only thing wrong is that Rocco put his two best scenes at the end. There's this one girl walking around the streets with 'Please Fuck My Ass' written on the back of her shorts. Somebody wrote it well but I think it was done in Sharpie. And she's real voluptuous. This girl is something."
