Director Jonathan Morgan brings back most of the squad of the first Valley 911 comedy, minus some of the key players that made the first one a much funnier affair. However, there's still plenty to like here with the squad being investigated for improper conduct by dykey investigator Alana Evans.

Evans mind on the squad is changed after some lez time with Ann. Ann's also in a great scene with Randy Spears. Director Michael Raven puts in a great performance as an internal affairs head.
